The thing about bike share programs is that there needs to be a hub at various common locations. What's the point in having bikes at the shopping center if people need to get home to all sorts of spread out destinations? Where do you park the bike in the end?
It sounds like these people should...hmmm I don't know...buy a bike? Or, perhaps they are forgetting about the bus. Yes, the bus. It picks you up, drops you off and it keeps going around and around so you can do it again. You can even take an Uber for pretty cheap.
Or, heck, I dont know...maybe get your act together and buy a car...you can get a decent little used old whip for $1000, probably even less.
Then again, maybe you can have someone from the city government run your life and do everything for you. That's what I call freedom, right?
Thank you for your help in getting the New Haven bike share pedaling away! As you may have seen, we're currently in the process of installing 30 bike share stations around town at locations which were chosen with the help of critical community involvement like yours. Please visit https://www.bikenewhavenct.com/stations to review these locations and sign up for bike share today!

This doesn't make any sense.
